About Hera

H.era is an independent consulting firm founded by Chiara Hellen Belloni

After studying Economics of Arts, Culture and Communication at Bocconi University and currently completing a degree in Psychological Sciences, she developed an approach that starts from human capital and turns it into strategic and economic value.

H.era works at the intersection of business, communication and behaviour, helping organisations uncover and activate the value that is already there, within their people, decisions and structures.
