H.era is an independent consulting firm operating at the intersection of strategy, decision-making and execution.

Founded by Chiara Hellen Belloni, H.era was built on the conviction that many of the most critical business challenges are not technical, but human in nature.
Strategy often fails not because of a lack of ideas, but because the people responsible for direction, decisions and execution are overloaded, misaligned or isolated.

With a background in Economics of Arts, Culture and Communication at Bocconi University, combined with an ongoing academic focus on Psychological Sciences, H.era brings a structured and rigorous perspective on how value is generated, sustained and sometimes lost within leadership systems.

H.era works alongside leadership teams to clarify direction, strengthen positioning and support execution capacity. This means addressing not only markets, structures and processes, but also the quality of decision-making, responsibility and alignment at the top of the organisation.

Technology, tools and frameworks matter. But they remain instruments. Sustainable results emerge when strategy, roles and human functioning are aligned, and when those who lead are able to think clearly and act consistently under pressure.
